Elaine Crilly
Elaine was born overseas but grew up in Canberra. She has a small and silly black and white house cat called Muffin, and has never been without a pet in her life and loves having them to come home to! Elaine thinks pets are great for the constant comfort and daily entertainment they provide! If she could have any pet it would be a little penguin from Phillip Island. She enjoys working at CVH for the continuous interaction with people and their pets.

Renata Gianchou
Renata started her life with Canberra Veterinary Hospital as a receptionist in November 1996. She is currently our Office Manager and has become an irreplaceable "part of the furniture" here at CVH. She grew up in Canberra, but supports the Brisbane Broncos, even calling her Labrador Brizzy! Her favourite animals are dogs because they are loyal, loving and have unconditional love. In her spare time she likes to relax, and will watch any comedy movie! Although she has travelled to Europe and the USA, she says you cannot beat Australia!

She especially enjoys sharing her seat in reception with Brenda the clinic cat, and getting to play with all the dogs and cats, ferrets, mice, birds and anything else which comes to visit! Her favourite animals are elephants, and her goals are to increase her knowledge of large animals after being inspired by the show ‘Inside Nature’s Giants’.

Hollie Aerts
Hollie grew up on a farm near Forbes with lots of cats, dogs, cows, horses, birds and the odd black sheep adopted from neighbouring farms. Her pets are Rubl and Bernie, they are great for entertainment and for keeping her feet warm in the cold weather, and also great alarm clocks! She enjoys getting to play with the animals and being surrounded by people who have dedicated their lives to caring for animals, saying they are the most lovely, genuine people to work with.
